Information Application Pledge


国际注册商标的有效期限为10年;可续展，每次续展保护期为10年 。


1. 申请人的资格

中国申请人提交商标国际注册必须符合以下条件之一
•在中国设有真实、有效的工商营业所；或
•在中国设有住所或总部；或
•具有中国国籍（包括台湾同胞及中国在各地的侨民）。

•而香港和澳门特别行政区的法人或自然人目前还不能通过商标局提出国际注册申请。


2. 申请基础—— 以国内已注册或申请的商标为基础：
•国内商标已注册，可以指定任何一个马德里成员国；
 国内商标已拿到国家受理通知书，只能指定纯议定国；
•申请国际注册的商标内容必须与申请人在国内申请注册的商标内容完全一致；

•申请所选定的商品或服务不得超过国内申请注册的商品或服务范围。




3. 办理步骤：准备申请书件 → 向商标局国际注册处提交申请书件 → 根据《收费通知书》的规定缴纳注册费用→领取国际注册证
